How it works
- Register with your class and class code.
- Follow the registration status; the host approves contest entry.
- Pass the final practice activity with a perfect score in your language.
- Join the contest on the day and wait for the host's start.
Contest at a glance
3 hours · 5 problems · Python, Java, C++ and C.
Ranking uses total best score, then shorter time. Everyone receives participation recognition; the top three are Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up. The Java champion does not advance to Regionals.
Rules at a glance
Use your actual first and last name and a valid email. The username must follow the format Year Level-last name, for example CpE4a-Galanto. Failure to follow the entry will not be accepted.
Full screen is required in the contest arena. Leaving full screen or switching tabs more than once disqualifies you. Do not talk to other contestants, look at their screens, or submit hard-coded solutions.
Tab, full-screen, paste and submission activity is monitored.
Frequently asked questions
What is the class code?
Your instructor or event host provides the code before registration. Choose the correct class and language; codes are not published on this page.
What if I forget my username or password?
Participants do not have a password here. Your username comes from your class and last name. The original browser stores a private reconnect token and a separate practice key. Use the same browser and website. If those are lost, contact the host to verify your identity; do not create a second account to bypass the rules.
Which browser should I use?
Use a current desktop Chrome or Edge. The timed contest requires working full-screen support. Practice is available without full screen; the host must approve any device used for the contest.
What if my internet drops?
Your edits are saved locally as you type. The arena reconnects automatically, and server-saved work and acknowledged scores persist. An interrupted job may need checking again after reconnection. Stay on the same browser and contact the host if it does not recover.
Who should I contact?
Contact your class instructor or the event host.
